Ni planas du kursojn, kaj komencan kaj meznivelan. Ni jam havas suficxajn aligxantojn por certi pri ambaux kursoj. Krome, okazos aliaj aferoj por pli fluaj esperantistoj, inkluzive promenadojn laux la belaj arbaraj padoj de la parko.

We are planning two Esperanto courses, beginner and intermediate. We already have enough registrants to say that there will definitely be two parallel courses. There will also be some program items for more fluent speakers, including hikes along the various lake and forest trails in and around the park.

There are various possibilities for lodging at the park, including the hotel-like "lodge" ($79/night for two persons) and cottages of which we've reserved two for convention attendees. You can also rent a campsite for an RV or tent. Mention "Esperanto Society of Metro Atlanta" and our group number, #01146, when making reservations by phone (800-573-9659 ext. 560). The lodge is the closest to the building where meetings will be held; from the cabins or campsites you will have something of a walk. You must reserve your room by 31 January to get the group rate and use part of our reserved block of rooms.

Check-in time is 4:00 pm; check-out time is 11:00 am.

There will be snacks at the Interkona Vespero Friday evening, included in the convention fee. The restaurant at Unicoi Lodge serves three buffet meals daily:

breakfast $6.95
lunch $7.95
dinner $10.95

The Lodge restaurant does not have many vegetarian selections except for salads. There are several other restaurants in Helen (3 miles from the park).

We're planning a group supper at some restaurant in Helen after the convention ends on Sunday afternoon, and probably another on Friday before it starts; details will follow.

La kosto por eniri la parkon (po vehiklo, ne po homo) estas $3. Se vi dormos cxe la parko vi povas pagi tiun kotizon nur unu fojon; se vi venos du aux tri tagojn sed ne tranoktas, vi devos pagi la kotizon cxiutage.

The cost to enter a state park is $3 (per vehicle, not per person), whether you are staying one more more nights or just visiting for a day. If you come on two or more days but do not stay overnight, you will have to pay the ParkPass fee each day.
