A. A meeting room with conference seating for about 12 people on Thursday afternoon. B. A room with round tables seating for 100, a social gathering Thursday evening ~7pm-10pm. Also snack food catering for this meeting. C. A room with lecture seating for 100, the opening ceremonies Friday morning. D. The same for closing ceremonies Sunday noon. E. Two rooms for workshops/lectures/discussion groups, each suitable for about 40-60 people, on Friday and Saturday, and similar for worship services Sunday morning. (Could be the same as C with a dividing wall added/removed as needed.) F. A room for a banquet, and the banquet catering itself, on Friday evening. We will give you a count of vegetarians and meat-eaters at least twenty-four hours before the banquet G. The same or a similar room for another social gathering Saturday evening. H. A room suitable for displaying and selling books and other learning materials at various times Friday - Sunday. (Could be the same as A.) We must be able to lock this room when no one is around. I. Sleeping-chambers for the conference attendees. We estimate ~100 attendees, some rooming together, for probably at least 40-50 rooms per night. The attendees will make their own reservations; anyone mentioning "Esperanto", ELNA, or ESMA should be able to get the convention price for the room. J. A space in the lobby for registration Thursday-Saturday. K. A wide stairway reserved for a few minutes at some point for a group photo. L. (Maybe) A reservation of the hotel swimming pool for a few hours on Saturday afternoon (alternative to G) M. Maps/floor plans of the hotel for showing our meeting areas in the convention program book. Please fax your proposal and state the dates available, the approximate cost for snack and banquet catering, and the minimum bedrooms reserved per night required for free meeting spaces.
