Etexts available here

Here are some of the etexts I have produced, most of them some years ago. Lately I have tried to reduce typing to keep my tendonitis from getting worse, so I haven't produced many new etexts recently. It will take me awhile to get all of the stuff I did in the BBS days on here.

All these are in the public domain in the United States; some are in the public domain worldwide, but some (the Dunsany and Mirrlees) may still be in copyright in the United Kingdom. Some would have been released by Project Gutenberg, but when I mailed the copyright page photocopies to Michael Hart, they seemed to get lost. Eventually...

• An unfinished etext of the Elder Edda, translated by Benjamin Thorpe.
  This had not been proofed, nor had the entire contents of the book been transcribed, but this is not a fatal defect for the reader as the Edda is a collection of short pieces, mainly independent of one another. If anyone wants to continue and finish it, all the publication info is listed so that you should be able to find the edition I was working from by interlibrary loan.
